The Department for Local Development, Employment and Training is responsible for the management and coordination of all of Rome Town Hall’s employment activities. 

The Department focuses particularly on multi-purpose projects, work incentives, the development of employment strategies, as well as assisting and facilitating self–employment.

The Department’s overall strategy is geared towards the creation and fostering of self employment. 

Six organisational units make up the Department, which are all coordinated by a central office, led by the Director, Federico Bardanzellu.
